At this time in my lifestyle, I can’t say my household is 100% natural but what I can say is that I’ve become very conscious about what goes in and what goes on my body. You know that our skin is the largest organ on our bodies and yet we treat it with the least respect when it comes to feeding it. Think of your skin as little mouths and every time you slather on lotion, soap, etc. you feed it whatever makes up that concoction. Do you ever wonder why you hear more and more about skin diseases like psoriasis, or skin conditions like eczema, and even many forms of cancers… This all comes from what we feed our skin and our internal bodies.
What can I do?
Come into the knowledge that the body we have is all we have and that it’s never too late to get the revelation of that (unless you are already on your death bed). Think about engaging in and activating a exercise routine, check what you’re eating by simply turning over the product(s) you’re using an reading the label (if you can’t pronounce the 1st three main ingredients…don’t eat it!), evaluate how much caffeine and alcohol you consume (I LOVE AMERICANO’S), PUT THE NICOTINE DOWN!!, and think of adding a multi-vitamin to help balance out the toxins already living within you. May I recommend trying a high level multi-vitamin called “System Support”. I’ve been using this product since 2003 during my 1st pregnancy. My body couldn’t digest those Prenatal supplements so I decided to use the system support. The only thing I needed to add to my routine was an iron supplement because it does not include it. System support is a dietary supplement that contains a unique blend of antioxidants and vitamins which are believed to help boost your immune system and slow down the aging process. There are also herbs and minerals in it to add you in daily energy, improve your digestion, and help you get nutritionally balanced.
Can you relate?
