Worlds AIDS Day is on Monday, December 1, 2008. First observed in 1988, World AIDS Day was started by health ministers from around the world who called for a spirit of social tolerance and a greater awareness of HIV/AIDS on a global scale. This year’s theme is “Leadership” and events all across the planet are planned to help increase awareness and education as well as to urge governments to keep the commitments they have made to fight the deadly disease. 
At this time in my lifestyle, I can’t say my household is 100% natural but what I can say is that I’ve become very conscious about what goes in and what goes on my body.
Creating a moment just for you where you get to think and not interact with your surroundings can be a bit challenging when you have a family. We mothers tend to put ourselves last on the big list of things to do everyday and we forget that if we are not being taken care of then no one around us will be.
